I’ve done good with personal cards trying too see how the biz side works

1 year out of BK most likely would be Capital One but 3x hard pull and reports to personal.  Citi, Chase and Amex are all going to be no-go, probably same with BofA and Wells.

Yep, CapOne.  They're known for small sl but just a short 6 months down the road ask for a cli. If you choose the Classic (easiest to get I believe) you can ask to upgrade, at the same time, to their Select with or without af and earn 1.5%-no af or 2%-af.  As always, ymmv.
