I started my business in 2014 with credit in 400s. Credit showed collections accounts in excess of $100k & at the time I didn't understand the importance of keeping good accounts open & active. Statue of limitations & a fantastic credit repair guy later...
2018 I was low 600s & didn't realize pay day loans HP every time which screwed me for buying my house alone. Dad co-signed after the lender ran 3 more HP. (Ouch!) 6+ INQ set to drop off from Aug - Nov. I believe I have 8 TU & EQ. The EX app is showing 17 but some of that is business related. Does that make a difference? Klarna pulled twice, which I disputed with them about a month ago.
Chase business ink approved me for $20k with PG. Blew my mind. Not yet reporting. And Discover IT 7k personal. Not yet reporting.

Unless you are VA eligible or where seeking Commercial property I can't offer much. Hopefully someone will be able to answer or it may get a better response under the Mortgage section.
Refi is something I'd like to do because rates are amazing right now, but ultimately I'm looking for guidance on where to go from here, in general.
