Here's my personal details. My full time job is a physical education teacher. Then during the nights, weekends, and summers I coach volleyball. I coach travel teams, do private lessons, travel the country doing camps and clinics, offer consulting, basically everything related to volleyball. While I don't have a traditional business, I have a sole proprietorship with my coaching "business". That's how I applied and was approved for my business cards.
Do you only use the money (income) earned from your coaching business when applying? I'd think that is what would be best if getting a business card just for the sole proprietorship. The money from your full time teaching job shouldn't count, correct?
