Can we convert Amex Biz Plat Charge to Amex Plum Card?

Did any one ever try converting their Amex Business Charge Card to Amex Plum Card?

I called. CSR said it can not be changed.

My understanding is that PC's cannot apply to different card types.  IE:  charge card cannot be converted to a revolving or other type payment card.

for whatever reason even though Plum is a charge card, NO Amex card can be converted to it.

you also can't product change into a Costco Card from any other card

you know in order to make the most of plum rewards you have to run at least 5K/month you wanting for the rewards or exteend loans?so if it's the later it would matter how much spend
