If I go for it now and get rejected for 5/24 how easy is it to recon after sept 1st?
If you go for it before September 1st, definitely let us know how it turns out. It would be interesting to know for a data point. Best of luck if you do.
Just to be clear. If my credit report says 2 years on an account is that outside 5/24 or does it need to show 2 years and one month? For example if the account open date was 8/4/2017?
In that scenario you should be fine, so long as that is what's reporting when tehy pull your CR.
Because I don't think it's updated that quickly? That's why I generally apply a full month after my anneversary date. Just to be safe.
Then again we sometimes overthink it.
aside from 5/24, why is your TU low? if they double tap with TU which they sometimes do this score might be problematic. do you have other business cards, either from chase or anyone else? I am sure you know this but getting a chase ink is not like getting an amex biz card. 9/19 is < 2 weeks, why not wait and be totally clear if 5/24 is in question makes no sense to me but that is just me

My TU isn't low. You are looking at a score from six years ago when I started out and had some negatives on my report and no active credit cards. My credit scores are well in excess of 800. I have had multiple chase business cards in the past. The reason why I wanted to get it this month is because I have thousands of dollars of spend that needs to be made before sept 1st. Would have made it very simple to meet the min spend quickly.
