Got the instant 30 day message, not looking too good so far.

Personal scores are 770-790. I have the business unlimited with a 6k line currently.

I'd guess the 30 day is pretty normal, or at least, not cause for concern. I came across a Chase credit card flow chart awhile back. I think you'll find it useful and others might find it amusing.

Update 3/4:

Called in on my credit card hotline number on the back of the card. I was told my application was under review. Plan at this point is to give it another week before checking back in (unless I receive a notice online or something in the mail).

Looking forward to hearing the results. I currently have the CIU and since i have recieved the welcome bonus i am interested in pulling the trigger on the CIC to cash in on that one too.

Update 3/6:

When I applied for the CIU last fall I missed some of my notification emails so this time I made sure to check my banking inbox daily. To that effect received an email today for a notice in my account. The notice said they needed to verify my identification within 14 days to proceed in processing the application.

I feel hopeful with this letter. Last time when I applied to the Chase Business card it was an instant denial letter stating my business was too new etc. The notice today sounds more like the letter I got when I applied to the CIU.

Update 3/7:

Called the hotline number on my 14 day response message to verify my identity. Went the automated route and the asked for my SS number then said I would know in 7-10 business days about the card.

I knew this was the incomplete process so I dialed zero and spoke with a CSR. The CSR manually verified my identity but still said you will know about the card or a decision within the next 7-10 days.

Called the hotline automated line again and said my requrest was pending and I should know the results in 2 weeks. This sounds hopeful.
