Got an invitation today to apply, however I don’t think based on personal credit exceeding the 5/24 I would be approved. Any experience with this or thoughts?

Unless you have an in branch preappoval, you'll be denied if you are over 5/24. Pretty much automatic. An invitation to apply is basically meaningless unfortunately.
