I put this update separate as it is important.
They pulled EX and EQ personal and EX and EQ business.
It was still worth it to me.
How did you check your business reports? Can you do it for free?

App'd and for a pending notification. Last week got a letter from Fraud Services requesting our business documents proof of EIN and such. Just mailed it out last Friday called in today to check via the automated app check line it gave me a 7-10 day message.
Do a search on here for the backdoor underwriter number for business accounts. You can keep calling them and you can get your app expedited (they will even rush your card out). i don't have the number off-hand, but my sister went through the same process and got the ball rolling quicker.

This is nerve racking!
Applied and app gave me 7-10 day message then submitted requested documents called in a few days later and got the 30 day message for 4 days in a row then called in today and it said your application is under review and we will notify you within 7-10 days.
What is going on here?
7-10 is usually a denial, but once in a blue moon it is approved anyway.
Every 7-10 day I've had from them ended as a denial (2015 AARP, 2016 Ink Plus, Sapphire Reserve, 2017 Sapphire Reserve, Ink Cash, Freemont)

Just got a letter in the mail saying the paperwork I sent them was illegible and to resend them. I literally just made copies of the papers I received from the IRS and State Gov't. But this letter was from "Chase Lending Sevices" the last one was from "Chase Fraud Department". If that makes any difference?
Have you called them? Maybe they can straighten things out for you.

I think my 1st approval from Chase (Slate) was a 7-10 day message. I can't remember if I reconned after an initial denial though.
