Hi friends, I feel that this has been asked before but wanted to see if we have any recent anecdotal experience. Has anyone recently used a pre-approval on the personal side to cold-app for a biz card and ended up with an approval? I currently have the no-AF IBU, approved June 2021 with 3k SL, now at 6k with about 82% Util. Currently at 3/24 with 825-835 at all three bureaus.
