was not instantly approved but got approval after submitting a tax form
SL 23k, no prior chase cc's (never applied) but have been private client for 2 years now.
I called to get it activated and it redirected me to what seemed like the live agent (instead of instant activation, which was weird) only to ring and ring until nobody picked up and the machine said to call the fraud ops department back tomorrow? Is this normal? I didn't even use this thing yet!
