Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I noticed something different about Chase today. Typically when you go looking for credit cards from your home account they present you with all 33 or so personal/business cards that you could hypothetically apply for, even if you have some of them already.
When I log in now to Chase and hit the credit cards tab to see what offers are available I can only see 3 business cards and 3 personal cards available. If I log out I can see the full 33 cards which are available. This is all I am permited to apply for.
Personal:
Southwest Rapid Rewards Plus
Chase Slate
United Explorer Card
Business:
Ink Business Cash
Ink Business Preferred
Ink Business Unlimited (already have this one)
Whether I log in to my Chase Business portal or Chase Personal portal this is all I can see. Is this a new feautre from Chase? I can't even app for the IHG card? Confusing to me.
Are they indicated as pre-approved offers? Meaning, do any of them display black stars or green stars icons? If so, those would be considered pre-approved. And, yes, they tweaked the menu options a while back so selecting "Open an account" and then navigating to "Just for you" is where the pre-approved offers would display.
That being said, you should be able to apply for any products (whether logged in or not). If some products aren't displayed when logged into your account profile, you would need to clear all browser history, cookies and cache. It sounds like you have two separate Chase profiles and likely that's the culprit as to why you can see some and not others, especially if you're switching between Chase logins on the same browser.
Hello. Thanks for sharing about the update. I just checked in my chase account and I have the green star approvals for the same 3 personal cards via the tabs you mention and then the 3 business cards but no green stars. But if I scroll down to the bottom of the page there is a link with action button "FIND A CARD" and...
Browse the complete list of credit cards for more choices.
So this "find more cards" link may log you out but then when you click the card you want to apply for, there should be a prompt to log back in and apply with your personal info pre-filled. Good luck if you decide to apply!

At the bottom of the page there's a link to search through all the cards they offer "If you don't see what you're looking for...."
Thank you for post this! I didn't realize this change had been made. Last time I looked recently it still automatically showed all the Chase cards. As others have mentioned if you scroll all the way to the bottom there's a link to view all the cards.
I can't wait to get under 5/24 again so I can apply for the Chase Ink Cash! I like that that was one of the cards they were showcasing for me.
I did notice they didn't recommend for me the Freedom Flex, likely because I have the original Freedom. They did recommend the Flex for my wife though, she's my authorized user. Other than the Flex they suggested the same 10 cards (7 personal and 3 business) for my wife and I.

It looks the same in business or personal for me.
The 3/3 I listed are not green/black star offers. They are default options when I go into open account>credit cards at the top of the home page.

They made it difficult enough for me to find.
So on mine it gives me 3 business cards , and 8 personal cards none have green stars or black check marks but all of them say learn more except the southwest rapid rewards plus it says respond now . Anyone have an idea what that means learn more leads to applications , respond now leads to an application too . Just curious if respond now is better or just words ?

@Goos "Learn more" is simply a marketing offer, nothing more. 'Respond now' is no different (or better) than 'Learn more'. As mentioned upthread, unless your Chase account profile shows black or green stars, then they're not pre-qualified nor pre-approved offers. The 'Respond now' marketing language was discussed in the Credit Cards subforum recently.
