Citi Business Select / AAdvantage

I applied for this card last month & was denied, however this morning I asked if I pre-qualifies for any new products and I received the above response.

 

Any DP's/insight/strategies would be greatly appreciated.

 

DP - I had multiple inquiries for all CRA, but my CS are between 750-770, utilization is @ 9%, available RLOC $113k

Depends on what was worded in the denial, you may be eligible to apply for a new account. However, the wording in their messege is odd. It states that you have the option to apply for a new card, yet they go on to say "reopen" the account. So which is it I wonder? 

It also says nothing about pre-qualify, only that you're welcome to apply.

 

So it sounds to me like you need to call them to find out what's going on.
