If anyone has or know anyone that has the "Citi Professional Card" it can now be converted to the Diamond Preferred card. I simply called and told them that I didn't like this card any longer, and were there any options and I was shocked to hear that I could change. The card, is not even listed on their website anymore under business cards. The conversion only took 3 days. I have not received the Diamond Card as of yet, but they already placed the account on my sign in page. I am able to keep the same 6.24 APR that I have on that card. However, this means now have 2 Diamond Preferred cards! But I can not combine them.
