I've had my business for four years, unofficially. On paper, my business is a sole proprietorship of two years old with about $1K in annual revenue. I applied using my EIN although Citi also asked for my SSN. When I called to check the application status, Citi used my EIN and not the my SSN, which is great!
I was hoping they would pull Experian - from past denials. Turns out they were going to pull Equifax (even better for me). Citi gave me 15 minutes to unfreeze the report and boom! Instant approval! I was honestly expected $2K but I will take it since I don't plan on using up all of that CL.
