Citizens Bank conditionally approved?

Anyone ever get this message when applying for a business card with them? I was denied a personal card yesterday.

Congratulations!

Some people get instant approval, but most have to submit two-months bank statements to be approved. This is normal for Citizens.

I'll probably be denied, I thought they wanted projected income. I don't have much income yet as it's a new business.

@Newbie2018 Yes I have had that happen. It could still work as long as your personal credit is good.

Citizens will get back to you and tell you what they need. It really depends on your credit profile.

Business is better than personal anyway. Hope you find a way to get approved.

Yes I spoke with them today, they said as of right now nothing more is needed. Just to wait for a response. They pulled Equifax for for personal side I believe which is in the 700's, and my business credit is good as well. So I'm praying for an approval! Thanks for the response!

Hope this works out for you.  Citizens does a lot of manual reviews and some times they aren't the quickest....but they've been very easy to deal with.

I never got a denial or approval email. So I called about 6 days later they said it was denied 😳 they never did ask me for any more info

I got that, too, on a CLI request. Waiting on a 'closing specialist' call.

Same thing happened the first time I applied for the CC , and first time for BLOC.

No response at all for days.

Finally called in to find out denied.

Finally was approved for both after trying again.
