Costco Anywhere Business Card by Citi, Pending approval

I applied for this card 4-5 days ago, I called the reconsideration line talked to a rep she said the application is pending and under review.. no docs have been asked of me yet. Its not a decline... or at least I dont think so. What do you guys think? heres the message i've recieved...

When did you call? Same day?  If so, go ahead and call again and ask they if they need anymore info.

I can't remember if Citi's Biz dept 7-10 day message is a denial or not....other's will I suppose...but I think I got that with one of our Citi Biz products too and dh received a phone call from them to just confirm something or another like a day or two later.  I hope it's an approval for you...might as well rip the bandaid off and phone them again tomorrow when they're open.
