I have read on this forum that it is a NO PG card I have the application and it asks for a SSN do I leave this section blank?

or do I enter my EIN?

Are you sure it's the business app? There is a personal version as well.

Thanks! they did give me the personal version went back to store for the business version and they did not have it

so I am going to call corporate monday and have them fax it to me. what are the requirements for approval?

I would imagine it's like any other business app with a club. Sam's or BJs are the same. They look at your D&B and your Experian I believe.

You have to be in business for 2 full years before they will consider it without PG.

They pull EQ for business.
