GM business CC keeps getting declined because unable to verfiy ID

I applied for a GM business CC and was approved.  I tried to apply for another business credit card (differnt business) about 2 weeks later, got pre-approved but my application keeps getting closed / declined becaue they are unable to verify my ID.  I'm not sure why the second application isn't going through as I'm using all the same personal information and applying through my account.  I've called them multiple time to make sure they have my ID and info.  They say they do and yet it keeps getting declined because they are unable to verify my identity. 

Any feedback would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Same **bleep** I tried everything finally gave up.

Must be a new issue. I never had a problem with identity verification. I think they just wanted to make sure my address on the ID matched the application, as Id verification was triggered by an address mix match when applying vs what address they saw in the bureaus reports when they did the sp.

It was smooth from what I recall. Maybe 24 to 48 hours after I provided it.

happened to me twice as well after being approved for pretty good amounts. They are quite cagey about what they can't locate but it sounded as though I didn't have any business credit at Experian and Equifax. The good news is Marcus Goldman Sachs sold this business unit about 5 days ago. Hopefully the new owners will do a better job.
