Forgot to share this but was approved for a Hilton amex with a 10k starting line. New business so really no revenue just yet. 125k bonus after hitting minimum spend. Second business card now and couldn’t resist the bonus

Thanks for this post. Until I saw this, I didn't even realize Amex had a business version of the Hilton card.
Inspired by your post I looked into it, closed one of my existing Amex cards to make room for it, applied, and was approved. The offer I found was only 100k points, rather than 125k, but that was good enough for me.
Congrats! I just saw it a few months ago so I went for it. You can't go wrong with a 100K bonus!

I figure they're worth around $400 to me.
And with my business card it's not hard to make the $3k/3 mo spend.

Agreed. I have a trip coming up next week so making the min spend should be quite easy.
