Is it possible to do product change US bank Business Tripled Card?

I have US bank Triple Business card from US bank. It has no AF, however I would like to product change this card to another card if its possible. The only reason for me to think to do so is because I was not able to get any SUB on this card because of my mistake in calculating required time to meet the spending. I am not sure if I could get two of same card, but if I could do product change the current one to some other card then I would be eligible for this card again and can get the SUB too because I didnt get the last time. Anyone heard of it, or know if its possible?? Thanks

I initially had the Elan Biz 2% Smart Rwds[Leverage] , bonus $200/$500 spend, AF $95 waived the first year. I just PC'd to the 1.5% unlimited, $0 annual fee. Unlike other FI's, I didn't have to wait a year, the account just reached 11 months. The process was super easy, the rep did ask me why? I explained having other 2% cards with no fee so did not make sense to pay a fee for this one. She processed the change and I was given another bonus, 2500pts with first purchase. I assume sister US Bank cards would be the same process.

I plan to app a second biz card in the future. Hope they release new offerings by then. Take care!
