It is possible you will find restrictions on Personal or Business Card approval based on bank marketing areas. With this in mind you may want to ask a perspective bank if they issue cards for your area. FNBO and US Bank have had some people denied for outside their marketing area. Chase will not allow me checking, savings or investments since I am outside their marketing area and Zion's Bank restricted their market area. Food for thought.
