Multiple Sams Club Business Master Cards Under Different Businesses

Has anyone tried applying for multiple Sams Club Business Master cards under different businesses? It's optional PG so can't see it being an issue if you opened up a second Sams Club membership. Not sure if Synchrony would have any issues with this?

Was approved for the Sams Club MC (no pg) last week. Called the rep at Syncrony and said can my divisions under the parent company each have a separate card and she said yes.
