Moving my business Checking from Chase over to USBank over the next couple weeks.
The Branch manager talked a couple times about coming to them for my equipment loan and they are going to have a specialist reach out to me but I said I have my $100k equipment loan approved based off my name and social, if USbank can do similar then we can talk but considering I was denied a credit card for to many INQ's I doubt it but maybe as I start to put some money into the account they won't worry about my INQ's anymore... we will see... I liked the feel of the branch and the people for at least the deposit account... they can't be worse than chase! (Crossing fingers, I HOPE!)
CA, what kind of business do you have?

haha, I know right... no joking aside... I closed Escrow on Tuesday and the following Tuesday between 2-3AM the restaurant that shares a wall with my laundry caught fire and burned completely down and burned the roof/ceiling out of my laundry which of course between smoke and water from fire department gave me a 100% loss too. Luckily it was in the middle of the night and all businesses were closed and no one was hurt and the parties involved including myself have insurance... It will unfortunetly be about a 6 month rebuild process as early reports are looking but I do plan to rebuild!

Wow, helluva way to start off. Wish you the best with the rebuild. Maybe it will end up being for the best as you get new equipment, etc.

Depending on the package you have, CA, you may need very little to keep the existing Chase account open - perhaps $1500. Since you've been on a quest for Chase Ink, keeping the Chase deposit account around, even if not heavily used, may factor into their decision.
Depending on how US Bank treats you, I may open a secondary account with US Bank.
