Paying rent with amex biz

Sorry if this post is repetitive. I did search and could not find exactly what I was looking for.
Basically my rent is $1,200 a month my landlord charges $35.
I was thinking of paying two months in advance so I only get hit with the fee once.
I'm doing this to help me it a minimum spend for a SUB.
Since my landlord charges a $35 fee this means I will not get a cash advance correct?
Will American Express mind this? If I pay it back asap

Amex is VERY specific about using a business card for buisness.

I know people that use their business card for both (own the company) but I would not recommend if you are new to Amex or even have a new account.

Ty appreciate it 👍 I can hit spend by putting most of my spend on card without my rent. But was hopeful to make extra rewards but makes sense paying rent would raise flags. Not worth it.
