Reactivate Capital One Business Card

OK so here's the story,

I have a Capital One Business account that is currently restricted due to missed payments a long time ago. I've been paying it since then, but we really need to remove the restricted status so it can clear up on the credit score. Is there any way we can get C1 to treactivate it? They aren't very friendly.

Why would reactivating it have any impact to your credit for the missed payments?

If the card is showing closed on your credit report - it's probably closed. Having them re-enable a card won't effect your credit score.

Have you called capital one and asked the status of the account?
