Found this one while digging around, does anyone any DP's? $500 SUB on $5K spend and 3% everywhere. Website claims SP only, limits based on revenue. Looks like it requires a business bank account, I couldn't find anything excluding Sole Prop. EDIT: Forgot to add, couldn't find anything about it reporting to personal.
According to their faq, they appear to be a Fintech and the verbiage is that you have to link your business account for real time monitoring. But they do not mention trusted third parties like Plaid to do it.

I would be wary of getting involved with this. Here's an informative review of the card on bankrate.com:

Well, I applied and sorry I did.... NJ company and fast-talking car sales it what it feels like.
Approved for a lot but it's basically like walking into a cash advance store for business... $10k over 6 months is $3500 for example. if you keep it for less than 30 days, it's going to be under $500.

There might be a play to made if you are able to prepay the line of credit?
3% isn't great rewards for a business debit card. I have a business bank account where they are offering 4% but you need 15 transactions a month. I am just not expensing my business bank account like that. I'm using the business bank account to pay off my business credit cards as revenues flow in. I have currently four 0% APR business cards open which I need to pay off.

Do you mind revealing the name of this bank with the 4% cash back business debit card?

They may or may not be referring to Bluevine. I see they have a business debit card with 4%cb, but its only for travel, gas, and restaurant purchase: https://www.bluevine.com/business-checking/debit-card
Not sure how common 4%cb business debit cards are.
If they meant 5%cb it's probably a credit union like CUOD with 5%cb after 15 transactions, up to $5 per month: https://www.cudenver.com/Spend/Checking-Accounts/Cashback-Rewards
There may be lots doing something like that with a high transaction requirement and low max cb cap per mo.
