Strange Response From Phone Application Status For Ink Preferred

I applied for a Ink Business Preferred card for my LLC a few days ago and wasn't instantly approved/denied. Over the next 2 days, the automated system progressed from 30 days to 7-10 days, so I thought I was denied.

 

Today was different though. I called the automated system and it said "To find out your application status, please press 0 to speak with a customer support specialist". Does this sound like some kind of verification? I'm fine talking to a specialist since it's a legit LLC I've had for the past 2 years, but I've heard they can be brutal in how many questions they ask.

 

For reference, I have a personal & business account with Chase, as well as a Hyatt CC. Thank you.

UPDATE: Was approved without calling for 12K. My biggest limit by far. Thank you Chase!

Of course, my data points are below. I think me banking with Chase for the entire lifespan of my business helped out a lot.

 

Experian FICO 8: 668

Business Income: 140k/year

UTIL: 30%
