Hi,
I was wondering if any existing relationship with US Bank would help with setting up cash lines of credit with US Bank? I am currently the treasurer for a non-profit and listed on the checking and savings accounts which exceed several million. Would it make sense to pursue US Bank for my for profit business?
Hi and welcome to the forums! It really depends on what your profile looks like and whether it makes sense for you I can't answer that question as only you would really know that. Do you have any other LOC for your for profit business or other credit such as a business CC?
Yeah I have a BofA and Capital 1 Sparks for my for profit.
11 tl Experian
10 DNB
6 Equifax
No cash CL though.
I see. So if a LOC is something your business needs than why not. As far as USBank specifically and which scores they use for a LOC, I wouldn't know, so hopefully someone can chime in and help. Good luck!
I'm not sure if it's necessary, plenty of people have gotten Credit Cards with them having no previous relationship. Though dependig on how much you want/need, having first hand experience with your finances might go further in them extending credit.
However, if your file supports it, then you shouldn't have a problem getting approved without a relationship.
Basically I'm in the market for a LOC. I figured since on that other account with millions it might help? If it doesn't then I'll pursue the PNC LOC.
