Re: What Is Your Business

Commodities trading takes 15-20 minutes per day, in the morning.
I don't rehab every single day, but I do research many properties per day (mostly via internet)
Foreclosure repair is relatively new, so most of the work right now is networking and soliciting for the business.
I handle the debt elim business via webinar until it's paperwork time.

Long story short, I sleep very little and do most of my work via computer. With summertime coming, I am going to want to be out of doors most of the time.

Re: What Is Your Business

Nice. looks like you got everything in line. I stay at home more these days it seems. I spend 2 days in the office per week 1 day in the truck and 1 day just out and about .Never work weekends and usually only work 5-7 hours a day. Thats a far cry from 10 years ago when I worked 7 days a week and 12 hours a day. I always say everybody needs to work smarter and not harder.

Re: What Is Your Business

Yeah, well, I still work on weekends. Almost every Saturday, I am working in some capacity and sometimes on Sunday afternoon as well. This won't last forever, but for now, it's reality.
