When Should I Apply for a SPG Business Amex (just got BCE/Platinum personal)

Hello - 

Last month applied and received a platinum amex charge card and BCE for my personal needs.

I own a small business i would like to now apply for the SPG Business card and use that rather than my current business debit card. 

Few questions : 

From my understanding I'll get another hard-pull on my personal credit report.  Bad idea being I just was hard-pulled last month (30 days ago)?

My business does not have any real credit or credit history. Any problems there? (very good personal FICO score at the moment) 

Will I still be eligible for the 25,000 in bonus points on the SPG, since I have already taken advantage of the 40k bonus points via the personal platinum card?

What type of business you do have Corp. LLC. etc etc?

Do you have an EIN#?

Since you have an Amex already it will be a SP if denied and HP if approved but they will check if you have a legal business so the answers to above questions will help.

LLC (but single owner so for my taxes it's all under my name) 

I do have an EIN

Good to go it can't hurt since you're already a Amex cardholder SP if denied HP if approved 

I would call to make sure the bonus applies but it should

CSR said as long as I did not have the same business card for 12 months I should be good
