made a 1k payment , its been 2 weeks and the amount is not being reflected in available balance. I called them up the customer service lady didnt seem to understand what I meant when I said there is money missing from my account. If you pay your balance down they makes your available creidt go up (as long as you make no purchases that exceed the payment). She finally escalated it to the back office but im not holding my breath. This is my first issue im having with this card. Im about to make another very small payment to see what happens.
edit: after 48 hours for some reason they had me spending 1250 in purchases (matching my payment) ... i think it must have been a computer error but at least its fixed - just asked for my 3rd balance transfer - gonna make use of this 0% apr and max the card out for a year since i dont think this card has credit limit increases . Any info on that would be apprecaited

In view of the apparently marginal nature of this lender I'm reluctant to max out the account. In my case I'm using just 2/3 of the limit, and making payments I don't even need to make. Good luck with it.
