warning on comenity and floor & decor

Hi a heads up. Opened our account in march with 10k limit, placed an order in may that wasn't able to be processed due to website errors. Then tried to use it today and told it was locked down for fraud concerns. Spoke w/ Comenity agents twice who were more than useless and got nowhere. Requested 10 tons of paperwork faxed and then told 30 days to review. Never used the card or made payments and agents were useless. Agent said biz accounts are watched over closely. Just more a rant. Know the agents have no control with stuff behind the scenes but such horrible customer service from comenity on their commercial acct (they don't operate any beyond floor & decor I think).

Sorry you're having a poor experience.  Please let us know once this gets sorted out if it's resolved or not..

Did they fix the issue for you? I opened an account in Nov 2021 and got approved for 10k too. I made over 4k purchase in Dec and had no issues. I'm even thinking of calling to see if they would do a CLI. Just worried now if they don't have all their ducks in a row

What a horrible and terrible experience with both comenity and floor and decor. Went to use card today figuring I waited 30 days for their overseas crew to review paperwork and account was closed as the document didn't meet bank guidelines. Spoke to a supervisor who was clueless and read me a script. Told me I could i could respond back to their protection team and would take 30 more days. Told them to stick their card and their bank. Would never deal with comenity capital ever again. They do sun prime consumer credit for a reason and not commmercial. What a waste of time and efforts. Why mail a card to not let people use it. I had this issue with my Lexus card for the personal side. They said I didn't use the card enough. One of the guys on here said to use it once every 6 months which I failed to do so. Comenity also sent me the letter said i didn't meet credit requirements. Then I reapplied to see if I could even get it again and was approved for the same limit a month or two ago. I haven't used the new lexus card I got and I regret doing the HP. I won't apply for comenity or synchrony anymore even though I have tradelines with them. better commercial credit applications out there!
