3/24 or 2/24?

Friends,

looking to see if I can get some insight into this -

I opened a Discover card April 2017, then

an AMEX PRG and on same HP a AMEX Blue Everyday Cash.

So, my question is, does the AMEX PRG factor into the 5/24 calculation since it is a charge card ?  if not, then I guess i would be at 2/24,,, if it does then I am at 3/24

Charge cards do factor into Chase's 5/24 calculation (so you are 3/24 currently).
