So today marked my 61st day and I accidentally did the CLI yesterday. I was given an email saying to call them about the decision. So I called today and the guy told me I could apply today but to be on the safe side do it tomorrow. No worries, as I'm talking to him, I noticed an interest charge in my activity. I found it rather strange since my card is only 2 months old. So I asked the guy on the phone if he could transfer me to customer service. A lady answered and I told her I want to dispute this interest charge. I told her my card is still within the 12 months 0% interest. She starts going silent which to me sounded like something is messed up. She puts me on hold and still sounds confused. She states my card has NO incentives. Literally NONE. I have no 0% interest rate for 12 months, I have no points being registered, I have nothing! I am a bit frustrated at this point because she keeps suggesting to close the account and reopen a new one. That's fine and all, here's where I'm confused. If I reapply, won't I be taking another HP? And if I do reapply, I won't get rewarded for all of the purchases I made to qualify for the bonus sign up of spending so many dollars in 3 months. Not only that but now I have to wait ANOTHER 61 days for a CLI. I'm a bit frustrated and I thought I'd ask you guys on here what you would've done. It's my first post so I do apologize for making this super long but any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Definitely don't reapply. As Gibeon suggests talk to another CSR and/or use online chat to try to get this resolved. The 61 day CLI deal isn't that big of an issue but the 0% and no rewards definitely is and that is what is offered under the card's benefits so you are entitled to that. Just keep trying to get it resolved and escalate if necessary.

Thanks guys for sharing your thoughts. I was going to cancel and reapply but after reading you guys telling me not to I chose to call them. I did talk to them and they said they've opened up an investigation regarding my account. They said it can take 6-8 weeks for the case to close but usually resolve it in a few days. I'll keep you guys updated!
