I did twice. This was early January. I spoke with a supervisor who was reassuring but results came back denied a week or so later. Not sure if theres anything can do now?
Unfortunately, once the request was referred to UW for a 2nd review and the outcome remained the same, the decision is final OP. I would suggest just waiting until your profile improves or is more optimal and try again down the road.
