ARE CITI CO BRANDED CARDS LIKE MACYS AND BLOOMINGDALES PART OF THE 1/8 2/65 rules? THANKS

Bloomingdale's and Macy's CCs are underwritten by DSNB which is a Citi subsidiary.  So, as far as those CCs go, they're not bound by the same restrictions as Citi core cards.
