I applied for the card last night and I got this message “We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to provide a decision on your application at this time. Once the application verification is complete, we will notify you of your approval status for this offer.“
any idea of my chances? I do have a relationship with them (Fidelity, Cash+ and checking). I have also only opened 2 personal cards in the last 6 months with one being the Cash+.
Call them Monday and speak to someone about your pending app. It may just simply be verification before they proceed with the app.

I applied at my branch and was told it needed further review. US Bank is known for manual review for the Altitude Reserve.
My banker called me a few hours later with an approval.
You may try their online application status (although it doesn't always work well).
I would call Monday morning.
If you are approved and need a higher sl, contact uw. I was able to increase my sl from $5k to $10k the same day I was approved.

Will do! I believe they open around 7am so ill just call them on my way to work.
U.S. Bank almost always sends app to manual review.
