The screenshot said preselected not preapproved. Pre-selected is just like prequalified it’s nothing but marketing.

Preapproved on the other hand is a firm offer of credit that has to be granted and cannot be rescinded or denied unless your credit profile has materially changed since they SP’ed.

per-selected is more speculative based on a few data points - while per-approved means they already made their decision to offer to you

Pre-selected and prequalified is just trying to get you to apply they have no obligation whatsoever.

Preapproved they have an obligation to extend the credit offered unless your credit report has materially changed.
