Amex 3X CLI

I was approved for a Delta Gold with $1000 CL in June. Since then, I have used heavily, PIF each time, scores are up, util is down. Hit the CLI button but got the 7-10 day message. 

Amex Delta Gold- Amex Premier Rewards- Discover IT -WF Cash Back Visa- Cap One Platinum- Cap One QS1 -US Bank Kroger Rewards Visa -Merrick Visa- Credit One Plat- Care Credit- Amex Optima-State Farm Visa

I didn't wait as long as you (just 2 weeks since my BCE was approved) and I got the same message...I guess it's waiting time?
