Amex BCE pre-qual then hold??

So today I went to the pre-qual site for Amex and was pre-qualified for three cards. Everyday, Blue Cash Everyday, and Green Card. Decided to take my chances on BCE. Got a message that it needed to be looked at further. Called in and the kind lady stated that it is on hold and I should hear back about it by Friday, Monday at the latest. Does this mean a denial?

Data points at the time Exp 701 about 20inq no derogs.

This is pretty standard for a variety of AMEX applications that require further verification. Some applications prompt the individual to call to finish the processing while others take a little longer. You can always check the status of your application online:

Hopefully the outcome in your case is positive.

Thanks FinStar. I went there but it keeps telling me "Sorry your application cannot be accessed at this time"
