Hey FICO Forums,
so I applied for a CLI on my 62nd day for my Amex delta platinum and when I called for a status they said that the system declined it. I asked the representative what I could do and she said it would be sent to an underwriter, has anyone has a similar experience and if so what happened?

I have gotten this my last several times with Amex, the last time being earlier this month. When I got the AA letter, it stated:
"Your recent payments are too low in relation to the balances on your account."
...and that was after 181-days.
..the waiting continues
Is your Experian fico score 651? If so, that's too low. I think you need 700+ to be considered for CLI. My score is around 685 and they have declined the increase due to the score being too low the last 2 attempts.
When I first tried to get a CLI on my Blue Cash Preferred card it was at approximately 86 days, my Fico Score was 736 but the score used for a soft pull was showing 706. Once you get your 1st Amex sometimes the score they use can be a month or 2 old. I got denied for my score being too low. I tried again 3 months later and my CLI got approved at Fico score of 736.
Thanks for the input!
