Amex CLI

im almost to my 61 days for the 2 Amex I have and I'm about to ask for a CLI. Was wondering if a CLI is a soft or hard pull? Thanks

It's a SP. I'm just a few days from my 180th day with Amex. I'm going to ask for a CLI as well.

I'm 5-6 days away for my 61 days. Do I ask for a 3X CLI for each card? I have the BCE and BCP with them one have 18k and other have 12k limit. I only spent about 5500 on 1 card and 4500 on other

Unless it's changed, you're only allowed a CLI on one card per six months... so you'll have to pick your favorite. 

I believe this is unique to Amex... and I have no idea why that rule is in place. 

FWIW, it's been reported that moving part of a credit line from one card to another is independent of this, but of course that has it's own peculiar stipulations.
