I received a Upgrade offer from Amex today. The upgrade is to trade my Skymiles GOLD to the Skymiles PLATINUM.. Also get a 30,000 sub. Does anyone with this card think it worth while to go for the upgrade? Thanks E!

have you had the card before? or is there any reason you wouldn't want to have both cards, at least for a year
it took one google search and I found a 75k offer, perhaps there's even better if you haven't had the card before

I don't know if it fits your spend and lifestyle, but 36k miles would be a round trip first class flight to Vegas for me. Between the sub and spend to hit the sub, I'm going to Vegas, baby!
DP...Includes the new Takeoff 15 card benefit which takes15% 0ff award travel with miles on Delta flights. 30,000 bonus miles. After $3,000 spend in 6 mths. 3X Hotels & Flights / 2X Restaurants /1X everything else AF $250 I fly atleast 6-8 times per year. I stopped flying Delta because of the continued Flight cancellations and delays. E!
@GZG I've never had this card. I don't know if I want the AF. I already have Corp acct w/Gold card and its AF. Although I pay it as business expense! E!
Delta Amex also offers annual free companion tickets whereas the gold does not. If you fly with someone else, it might be worth looking into

This is pretty standard for Amex. If they aren't offering a decent upgrade bonus, then apply for a new one. The new apps always pay better, but, upgrade if you dont want another card ymmv. The amount of upgrade bonus depends on your monthly spend.
