So last year, I settled one Amex account for about 30%. in January, I settled the other for about the same percentage. I was sure to be on Amex black list. I though I'd apply for the Hilton Honors card just for kicks, knowing I'm blacklisted. But they actually HP my Experian. 
I was declined, I'm trying to get the reason for decline, which I can access online but it won't load.
do you guys think I should recon?
