Amex PRG and EDP

I pulled my preapprovals.  I have a 50k PRG and 30k EDP.  Any reason why I shouldn't pull the trigger and get 80k points for one HP?

Those are awesome targeted offers, and two genuinely good/useful cards. With your scores I can't see any reason not to - get those points!

I'd do it with no hesitation. Those are some sweet, sweet sign-up bonsues. I got the PRG last week and I'm licking my chops just thinking about that EDP one.

I took the bite and applied for PRG and ED yesterday, so I say go for it

My only concern is using the rewards. I like being able to get cash back. Sounds like MR points don't give you that option

Yeah, I like cash back too, but some gift cards are good enough for me.
