Asking for a family member
After she got approved and got a email the card on its way
A few days later got another email one more thing before u activate the they want to verify the id to upload it or send it ?
I know it’s always done way before they ship the card

In some exceptional instances, yes.

So, before the card can be activated/used, the requested information needs to be submitted as per the instructions provided in the email. The timeframes can vary depending on how soon they receive the information before releasing the CC 'block'.
