What I'm saying is they taken the approval away it seems it's been 9 days since the approval email .I called in nothing is showing it isn't there. They took it off and don't won't to own up to it .
I understand what you're saying....still bet it ends up showing up for you and you got a CSR on a bad day who just couldn't find it. I guess time will tell
Yeah hope so thanks

So far, no one has reported a rescinded approval. And believe me, there would be no shortage of such threads. I do recall, however, there was a member who cold apped for one of their CCs and was told it was approved but later found out there was nothing in the system. This was over a year ago and that situation seemed more like an outlier though. At the time BB&T didn't have any pre-approval options nor was it a FOTM. Also, consider the following, there's always a risk whenever there's a flurry of application frenzies and you applied for 2 products within 30 days.
So, just give things time and hopefully it'll all sort itself out.
Am I missing something? That doesn't sound like a denial email at all. Just stating it is under review
I had a similar experience with multiple apps with BBT. I did my research here and went for 1) Travel and 2) Cash cards back to back within a few minutes of each other. Both were approved and received the e-mails for each one with the unique CRD5-DATE-APP format identifier on each card.
I let a few days pass and then got the automated e-mail from them regarding the #1 being shipped and waited a day or two for the e-mail of #2 being shipped and it never came. I called up card services and started off with the obvious one #1 being shipped and telling them it hasn't shown up yet. Well, the rep I got was a dud and didn't really seem to put much effort into the whole call considering his response on the 2nd app was "it takes some time to download into the system", mind you this has already been about 10 days after the approval e-mail.
Fired off a message to them online inquiring about both cards and found the address they had listed was missing my unit # for USPS to put it into the right mailbox. Called in and had the address updated and card expedited for no charge. I asked the great rep I got on the phone this time about the #2 card and she couldn't pull anything up as mentioned in this thread. We kept digging for few minutes and I gave her both CRD5 #'s from the approval e-mails and she opened a "case" with New Accounts which wouldn't be in until the following monday.
Received the expedited card as expected via UPS a couple of days later. Shot them another message online regarding #2 again and didn't get much of a response and called in again a few days later to get the "well if you apply for more than one product you should see an INQ for each application"..... I made my case again that they had lost the app in their system and asked her to escalate the issue again based on the notes on the account.
Anyway..... if you really want the cards then you'll have to be a little hands on with them and keep them on task as it only takes a shiny object to distract them from working on your issue. It took a total of 46 days to get the card in hand. So, it's very possible their crappy system may have dropped your app into a dark corner somewhere and needs someone to go poking around to find it for you to get back into the approval system.
BTW I did the pre-qual through main page before any of these threads got started up about it being a SP and took a single SP for 2 cards.
