Re: App Spree Planning

CA,

I have a a business LOC for 60k through PNC, which was cut down from 130k circa 2009.  After the financial crisis, business LOC's are hard to come by. I wish you luck!  Let me know if you find anything good!

I also meant to offer that you may want to consider a equity LOC if youre looking for a large limit and assuming you have hard assets to back it up.

Payments went out today to pay off everything... Feels good and sad at same time to see so much money dissappear!!

So just have to wait for billing dates to roll around for the updates to hit credit reports and looking for suggestions on order.

Partner:

Apply for 3x CLI on Amex (not sure which one and if it's been long enough since last try so probably will try Simply Cash Business)

Apply for USBank Personal & Business Credit Card and Business LOC

Apply for Penfed LOC CLI and Credit Card

Consolidate Slate and CSP to his Freedom

Apply for Chase Ink &? Amazon Visa Business?

Apply for CLI on BofA Cash Rewards and Fidelity Amex and then probably consolidate the Cash Rewards to the Fidelity

Apply for Alaska Air Business

Check for offers for Cap1 and apply if there!

Me:

Try to consolidate my Navy Flagship to CashRewards and some of my platinum to make my Cash Rewards $50k

Apply for USBank Bsuiness Credit Card and Business LOC

Check for offers for Cap1 and apply if there!

I feel like I'm forgetting something for me!

who am I to suggest order to CA lol Smiley Happy Interested to see how stats and all turn out for USBank. That Chase Ink sign up bonus looks great if you can meet the minimum spend. do you guys already have the Chase AARP? id do that instead of amazon if you are trying to do the 2 for 1 on Chase.

as I am sure you remember I would also like to find some LOC's, keep in mind about the no cash advance fee and same APR CU credit cards that you can use like a LOC.

Re: App Spree Planning

Hey CreditAddict, good luck on your plans.  A couple questions if you don't mind.

Are you going to wait for everything to show $0 balance on all 3 bureaus before you start asking for your CLIs?  Or going to start it a little early?

Are you going to wait for CLIs to appear on the bureau before applying for new cards in hopes that your new card CLs will be higher?

If you start early and don't get the extra credit you are looking for, are you intending on calling/emailing asking for a manual review and let them know you just paid everything off?

Good I found your post.  I'm in a similar boat to you.  I have been at 50-78% util for the second half of 2014 but everything will be paid off early next month.  Then I need to start building CL and new lines as fast as possible to fund a bootstrapped tech startup.
