Applied for Chase SP - now wait 30 days?

I just applied for the Chase SP and got the "thank you, we'll let you know within 30 days" message. Is there anything I should do next - other than wait?

Starting Score, 2011: TU 635, EQ 637, EX/FAKO 538
2014 (mortgage broker pull): TU 670, EQ 669, EX 674
2017 FICO 8: TU 730, EQ 732, EX 738 - Finally made the 700 club!
2021 FICO 8: TU 693 EQ 705 EX 690
I only have four cards, so not worth showing. $15,600 total CL.

Call status line daily to see if it changes or if they need you to do a phone verification.

30 days sounds better than the 7 to 10 days message (which is usually an automatic denial). The 30 days message (IME) I've noticed is for when they try to verify information. Good luck!!

My CSP application said 30 days both online and over the phone initially. It stayed that way for a week and then approved.

The automated system I heard only updated once a day. So check it once and come back to rinse repeat the next day until PROFIT!!

Good luck!

Call recon. I initially got 30 day notice. I waited a few days and it went down to 7-10 days, so I got concerned. All they wanted was to verify information. And then they approved me. Funny part is I got declined letter in the mail a week later because I didn't call in to verify info which had my credit scores on the letter as well. Then after that my card came in the mail like a day later.

Just called the number and now it's 7-10 days; talked to a customer service rep and she couldn't shed any light.  Smiley Sad   On a  side note, got an alert this morning that my EX and EQ scores both have changed (EX up, EQ down) due to the Chase hp.  I would hate to have that hp be for nothing! (this is why I generally don't go on app sprees).

How long did you wait before you called recon?

Just call them. Why is everybody soooooo scared to call. Get over it..

When I was green check marked the CSP, I applied and got the 30 day notice. I immediately called recon, was asked a few security questions and was immediately approved for $18900.

It's the farthest thing from a big deal.

I app'd on a Sunday because on my Chase account it said I was pre-approved, I finally called that Friday to speak to a rep where they approved me.
