You're on your 3rd business day regarding the application so still getting a 30 day notice isn't unheard of,  but that isn't a typical message. 

No harm in calling in and speaking to a CSR  to see if they can explain to you what that message is all about.

UPDATE!

Woke up this morning to an email saying that I got approved for the CSP and my card will arrive in 3-5 days.

Was also surprised to see i've been approved with a credit line of $11,200. That's a long ways away from my CFU with $500.

Hypothetical question: Because I got a $11,200 CL on the CSP, would I have been approved for the CSR if I have applied for that instead?

Thanks for the update and glad to hear the outcome was a positive one @paul29.  Since you have been approved, this thread is now locked and closed to new messages.

It's fairly possible you could've been approved for CSR, but keep in mind the promotional  SUB is currently higher on CSP than CSR.  That said, you can always upgrade to CSR after 12 months.
